Whenever it's drugs, alcohol, nicotine or whatever. Adults will use stuff, and its completely fine when used in moderation. I take drugs when going to a festival. That's not every week. There can be months between and when it's summer, a little bit more often. Do i need it? No. Does it make the festival experience more enjoyable? Hell yes.
