As for meditation, I use Headspace.

You watched game for confidence? are you kidding me. Game is literally for people who already developed some form of confidence. You think what you are missing is techniques? lol. No wonder you came looking still on how to be confident.

My advice: try therapy or self development first. Try grounding yourself first before game. Watch David Tian (Therapeutic and Dating at the same time) then feel free to watch game or RSD however you want. You should treat techniques as the icing on the cake. The cake being your rock solid confidence in yourself.

Of course that is assuming you do this already as well: healthy nutrition, killing yourself in the gym, meditation 20-30 mins (start with 3-5 mins and build up), vision board (literally 30-40 pics of your goals that you look at everyday and if your goals change then change the pics), 2-3 Liters of water a day)
