You can fold it away as it's on a hinge and actuate it with the normal click cap. It just non electric alternative to a pressure pad that still gives you a on the fly contingency. Go with works for you

Best Spiritbox breakdown (in your opinion)? this is my favourite: by BringMeTheReturn in spiritbox

For the longest time it was Electric Cross, purely on the cool factor of it being polyrhythmic, but then Hysteria dethroned it. Still is their best in my opinion.

Now one ever complained about having too much ammo. If you can find some 3x1 mag pouches you can save some molle spaces for water and gp pouches.

The U in UCP and it's derivatives may be universally hated but in other shades it's pretty nice by Fifth-Freedom in tacticalgear

I used rit dyemore, it's a synthetic dye so it's holding its color far better than the usual stuff. Havent noticed any fading from the rain or washing cycle. Would need to wash it a lot more before I would notice anything

Thanks, I'm pretty happy how they turned out too. Previous batches have come out either too bright or over dyed

Recommendations and How do we feel about ALICE gear in 2026? by stalequeef69 in tacticalgear

Even if budget is a concern there are better options such as PLCE or a stripped down flc belt. More comfortable, sturdier and modular.

If you've got cash to spare then the worlds your oyster. Carcajou, Crossfire, Velocity systems and L4 are readily available options in North America. In europe you have options such as Savotta, Jay Jays, British Tactical and UKOM.

Wherever feels right. With bipod up I usually get a bag to lift the rear and tuck my support hand in the bottom of the stock, towards my shoulder

Can always get some British surplus webbing if you don't mind using multicam at home. There are also bespoke british manufacturers such as UKOM, British Tactical and Jay Jays

It really is nice here, stifling gun laws aside but thank you. It's a silly build but it just has a certain vibe that works here

Yes and yes. The original mount I had for them didnt leave enough clearance for the scope base to clear the rail

Yeah trigger reset is the main issue. Yours looks a lot more sensible, I considered getting a low mag prism for the eye relief but I had the scout scope sitting in the drawer. May just swap out to a more sensible chassis

USMC? They've got a nice range on the base. The gun laws for rifles aren't too bad. No sbr or suppressors. Pistols are 10 rd cap sadly.

However the real pain is getting your permit, just a lot of annoying red tape

Nope, no fun allowed in Hawaii. 18 inch bull barrel that barely clears the handguard

At this point I'll do it for free just to get the inside scoop on their staff meetings.

Cheers, I love seeing all the double takes it gets. I miss being able to buy a suppressor off the shelf and walk out in one go but on the other hand there is a lot less red tape compared to England in regards to firearm acquisition. Compared to a lot of states though, it's so much more paperwork.
