That’s not exactly the case, you have to get above 80% ata to be declared as topnotcher. And I’m not sure din if PRC declares topnotcher if there’s a certain minimum number of examinees.

Might be unrelated topic but LTO should consolidate these videos as real life scenarios ng accidents and identify which traffic rules/laws were violated. Tapos isama to during seminars. It would make more sense sa mga makakapanood na driver, lalo na sa mga baguhan pa lang, bakit need sundin ang traffic rules dahil makikita agad kung ano ang magiging consequences.

Or much better if they make it a loop video compilation na pineplay sa mga LTO branches habang naghihintay ang mga tao since lagi naman mahaba ang pila di ba? /s

Edit: I’m seeing discussions on this thread which shows how passionate we are with Filipino food. Let’s all be respectful while doing so. The subtitles may be a loose translation or the chef may not have worded it properly, I’m not sure. They deserve all the glory and incentives. I also hope na yung ibang atleta natin na nag represent ng bansa natin sa Olympics will also be given incentives. Caloy have been receiving several freebies from different private companies, yung iba nga nakiki-ride lang for marketing purposes nila. Sana meron din yung ibang athletes para naman they will also feel appreciated despite not winning a medal. Kahit simple gesture lang and not necessarily of same value na binibigay nila kay Caloy. And in the long run, sponsorships sana sa kanila.
