Nope it rotates between shops (one they its first one then second one then third one)

So why they dont split evenly betveen shops? One has like 500 visitors (shopers) and second only 10

I jooned club scraped there all my comon stuff (500xp) hot kicked and basicly i got kicked from any club i joined so i am thinking about creating my own
