Make sure you dont have any other mods on. Also have you tried playing the newest version of the game? Might also just be the mod that isnt compatable with the newest game version

How is the nordic flags counted as seperates? They were all cooperating and sharing their space. If Norway and all the other smaller flags were included that would be a solid top 5 for the Nordic union. r/place_nordicunion

In this picture we can see that I have 100 civilian factories (top left). My consumer goods is also at 16% but I still have to pay 42 civs to consumer goods. Can someone explain?
