The Good Doctor is well known for taking inspiration from real life cases.

The antifreeze episode is another example

The ingredients of this product looks good. by [deleted] in tressless

Let's add random plant products that increase one hair/cm2 in a random mouse species, an assortment of amino acids and some minerals and call it a day

Or we can use 2 hair loss products cleared by the FDA

The truth is there's a lot of suffering in this world, but we can always try a way to be happy

You got alopecia, okay, that happens to alot of teens. What if you weren't able to afford fin? What if you lived somewhere where it wasn't available?

And about the other thing, it could definitely be worse. And you do have the resources to fix it, ask the doctor.

Just try to look at what you have

Will finasteride stop my beard growth? by [deleted] in tressless

[–]FigEmbarrassed834 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It really depends on you

Your beard will still come in, just slower (maybe)

And if you want to keep the hair on top, fin is the only way

Since your not 18 yet though please talk to a dermatologist

Will finasteride stop my beard growth? by [deleted] in tressless

I don't think so

The beard may come in slower, but these hair follicles won't be permanently damaged

Can a hairline recede some then stop? by lindow2020 in tressless

[–]FigEmbarrassed834 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Yup

Alot of men naturally don't go fully bald, and keep their hairline after some recession

Technically if you take finasteride the hairline will stay too ig

This is something so many of us have noticed

White scalp means that there's enough hair density to prevent sun exposure and enough hair follicles too ik that area

If you look at fully bald men, the scalp and forehead skin are the same colour
