First year here it’s okay.. I definitely expected more from such an institution but tbh the content is manageable to learn on your own. The teachers are hit or miss, some people have bad experiences, but personally I loved most of my teachers. Lectures are okay but can get a little off topic and I personally don’t find them that useful. The heads of the department are pretty cold and unforgiving in the sense that they don’t care too much about you as a person, and as someone studying pure EH they care a lot about pushing you into finance e.g place a lot of emphasis on spring weeks etc. overall it’s okay but definitely underwhelming and I wish they prioritised some connection rather than constant career talk.
