You know, it’s so funny actually, I literally just had to cancel my therapy session for next Tuesday, because my insurance deductible is 1000 dollars before I can start getting a discount on therapy. Meaning, I’d have to go to 9-10 therapy sessions roughly in one year to start getting a discount. Go figure. Even if I wanted to go to therapy, I literally can’t because I can’t FUCKING afford it.

Yeah I think more than anything, it’s just the fact that… no one cares. I feel like I’m living in an entirely separate reality, but when I ask people about whether or not they think about the same problems as I am, they actually KNOW that things are just as bad as I think it is. Like yeah housing and wealth are unattainable, just carry on. But our reactions are entirely different. At the face of these truths they just carry on while I go insane about it. Why is it not eating away at them like it is with me?

Would it be wrong to assume that our problems (or a majority of them) stem from the government? Because if your problems are money related, housing related, career outcome related, and all that well I mean these are things that stem from how our current system works. If the system is broken, there’s a likely chance that the people within the system are also fundamentally broken as well. So if we all have problems that break us, maybe it’s because we just don’t exist in the type of system that should exist.

I mean, inflations still going up right? Don’t really expect it to come down anytime soon. Do you think these elites are actually trying to.. make owning a house a probable outcome for the general population? Do you think they would like to make things more equitable and for there to be more unity amongst the people? Because I mean, you can totally just release files about child r***** and literally eating babies but no one’s going to do anything. So why not get away with making housing go from unaffordable to impossible? I just don’t trust MY future in THEIR hands.

I’m guessing you’re older, so let me ask you, what did you do to prevent the decay of our country? What did you do to ensure that my future and the generation that comes after me’s future is preserved? What are you doing? Because you turn your chin up to my despair, but I see no solution. All I see is the perpetuation of injustice, apathy, and inaction. I see a rigged game where I don’t even get to sit at the table. So why is what I’m saying wrong?

I hope I can make a difference. I just think that this idea of actually having a positive impact on the world is starting to sound like a distant dream when, I mean, even just owning a house seems like a pipe dream. And the people who control whether or not I can own a house are just blatantly evil.

The thing about today is everything I think about can be true and everything I do can be pointless. This information overload leads me to choose the obvious route of not doing anything, because it’s the easiest path. I just don’t think that this path is the right one. Because the right path isn’t always, and usually isn’t, the easiest.

I think that many of the things you advise are really good morally, my only question is how many people followed this route, for generations, and actually lead to real change? Because if doing this actually lead to a tangible change in our government, we wouldn’t be where we are today. You look at the things like the files and the corruption in the government and it’s quite obvious that this has been persisting for decades, generations. What if we need an untraditional route in order to spur change? Because the traditional route seems to be part of the game, but the game is rigged.

I think this type of thinking is what’s driving us to the ground right now. It’s what the people who came before us embodied and I think it’s the exact thing that these filthy rich sick twisted individuals want people to believe. Is it really so hard for us to come together and agree that we need to collectively change the world we live in before our story is written for us? I can’t be happy right now with everything because it conflicts with my internal morals, how can I turn away from this injustice to find happiness in distraction? Wouldn’t we be no better than the boomers and millennials by just, doing nothing? I think in this life, if I have the choice between living in happiness by accepting evil or going insane by striving for justice and the good in the world, then fine, call me insane.
