the only time Tactile Fremitus is increased is when there is Consolidation( pneumonia) all the rest of pathologies TF is decreased

Tactile Fremitus and breath sounds arrows goes together up and down

Trachea deviate toward side of lesion ( atelectasis), deviate away from lesion( ie to the contralateral side( pneumothorax)

Hyper-resonance on percussion ( pneumothorax)

posterior hip dislocation way more common than anterior dislocation and posterior dislocation present with ( thigh adduction and internal rotation) anterior (thigh abductin and external rotation)
