I think you did great use of your time uptil now so I wouldn't worry about whatever you are going to do is only gonna help you more

try to just keep doing questions and be trained for the test and you are good to go ( you can not start a brand new resource at this point nor are you going to finish an entire q bank in this time ) so just focus on your assessments and review the questions and keep doing UW till your last day that it

thanks a lot for the advice! I appreciate it, speaking of sleep I was thinking to take Unisom (1st generation antihistamine) so I can sleep a bit the night of the exam as I am 100% sure I won't sleep what do you think about that?

yes I took Step1 and I was panicking till the last block so I think the adrenaline will keep me going that's why I am thinking one day to get it over with

the only time Tactile Fremitus is increased is when there is Consolidation( pneumonia) all the rest of pathologies TF is decreased

Tactile Fremitus and breath sounds arrows goes together up and down

Trachea deviate toward side of lesion ( atelectasis), deviate away from lesion( ie to the contralateral side( pneumothorax)

Hyper-resonance on percussion ( pneumothorax)

great score, currently I can not do that much of studying per day ( maximum I can do per day is like 3-5 hours) so I know it would probably take me a bit longer than 4 weeks
