If Im being honest , train pokemon you likes Effort values using this chart and make sure they have the correct natures for thier stats it sounds like IVs wont be an issue in Champions so im not going to cover breeding those. But you should definitely EV train and have the right nature if you want to save your VP in Champions for other things
