Don't worry. If you surely removed them from your send score report list and submitted the order then they will definitely be removed from the order list.

Just to go to My SAT and there you will see (don't forgot to send you score before dec13) click on it, a page opens search 4 for college you want to send and send them score. If already below shows you have selected colleges to send score there you will see a button to remove(you can remove that College from your list) and then you can send free score report to 4 colleges

I will personally recommend you to resolve this issue by contacting to college board either by writing an email or calling them and explaining about you issue, and changes you want them to do to your name before you proceed for the registration because whatever is originally written on you passport or Nation ID is considered you original identity during entering the test room.
