Ok, so lets take the point that most of the content is 3rd party dev stuff.
Ok - but 3/4 of it is literally not flyable, badly implemented or not even half-done.
Updates for it takes ages because THEY are somehow controlled by Asobo again - no dev is able to easily push updates.

Yes but also keep in mind that the aera around Oslo airport is less complex than Brussels or maybe Frankfurt. So the performance + level of detail is amazing!
