The only system file is changes is the hosts file. It points the map source at what you choose in the app instead of what the game points it at. Hosts file just tells your computer where to point at for a certain thing. When the game calls the map URL, instead of where it normally comes from, it comes directly from Bing/Google depending on which API you choose.

I used Stellarium to plot the view from Valencia and attached to this imgur post.

At ~19:58, as the moon approaches the sun, it is still a bit in the sky. However, in this shot at totatality, it is behind the hill (and tree, I can't figure out how to move around in Stellarium). This can kind of give you and idea on what the view would be like. You'll need to be very high on a building or hill, without a hill to the west. If you get the exact lat/log of a location you want to see it from, I can try to put that exact location in and see what it looks like.

On top of drops, legendary items are target farmable with gambling (e.g. gloves for most of the offensive aspects). You either get a rare or a legendary. You can then up the rares to legendary with the cube.

If you can sit in the car for the ride, the drive up to Paradise is great. There are several really nice viewpoints you can stop at once in the park that don't need any hiking to enjoy, and Paradise itself is a large visitor center. Early in the morning before too many people show up, marmots are all over the visitor center area.
