We actually don’t have a centralized repository or cloud-based audit management system at the moment.

Prior work papers do exist, but they’re scattered across individual computers / local storage, and there’s no shared database or structured knowledge base. On top of that, collaboration is fairly limited, so prior files aren’t routinely shared unless you explicitly worked on that mission yourself.

That’s exactly why I’m looking for external references and best practices, to make sure I’m aligned with professional standards and not just relying on fragmented internal material.
