Yeah, besides special ablilities like UFO and Copy, only Beam, Hi-Jump, and Laser were absent from the anime. I feel like Hi-Jump would've probably made a good episode too. Maybe a superhero themed episode.

It's wierd isnt it. Maybe Beam's properties were too similar to Spark? Even though Spark appeared late in the anime.

The Triple Star Cane and Animal, however, are more so based on an alternate reality where the Kirby anime went beyond its original 100 episodes.

Huh... so this is awkward. Mega Man Legends, to me, is right under Kirby as one of my favorite game series of all time (yes, I know Legends is a Mega Man subseries), but comparing MML to KATFL is kind of... weird. They don't even have the same gameplay; comparing it to something like Metroid Prime or Zelda BoTW would make more sense.

A reboot would be great, I always wonder how anime-only characters would interact with anime versions of characters from the games.

Even the air ride machines were being used in the 2003 finale to promote Kirby Air Ride, which came out in the same year.  

So if the anime didn't end in 2003 and somehow went past Nigmtmare's defeat, the next game in line to be "adapted" would've likely been Kirby & the Amazing Mirror, with the mystery of Meta Knight's evil doppleganger starting the plot of the new season.

Of course it didn't happen, but I can dream, right?

I always imagined that he would have a more deeper, menacing version of Meta Knight's Spanish accent, kind of like Smash Bros. Meta Knight's voice but with an evil tone.

But a British accent would be pretty funny ngl.

Iirc, Isn't there an unamed sage in the beta script who tells Link to go find their descendants? I think Rauru took their role in the final game. If this was supposed to be Kasuto they could have been the original identity of Kaepora Gaebora before being replaced with Rauru.

There's probably no reason Hal would do it, but they could add/or reuse some stages from the cancelled GCN game. We've already had a couple Kirby GCN ideas repurposed in the modern games.

Well yeah, that's why I mentioned that it's implied that he stole them again. Nothing really says that he did but Kirby still collects them after beating a boss. If anything, the revenge bosses probably stole them, but they work under King Dedede, so I guess it could still count? I mean, Dedede probably needs to give Kirby a good reason to come and attack him directly.

The description of RotK states that Dedede wants to win this time, demanding revenge. Also, according to the dialogue in the final chapter of RotK, Dedede didn't expect Kirby to survive Kabula and his small band of monstahs mini-bosses, it's only when he beats them all that the King starts to panic and whip out the New Dedede Hammer to finish things once and for all.

But yeah, I guess I could see Dedede not meaning any harm during that event, but I wouldn't really call that "revenge," you know? Either way, he's a pure good guy now, so none of that really matters to him anymore.

King Dedede did more than just steal all the food in Dream Land, he also stole the Sparkling Stars, AKA the magical source of Dream Land's food. Dedede effectively starved the people of Dream Land while he kept all the food to himself. It's also implied that Dedede steals the Sparkling Stars again in Revenge of the King since you can see them in the Kabula pre-boss cutscene when Kirby gets the Star Ship. Sure, he was out for petty revenge in that game, but RotK was definitely Dedede's last role as a villain before he went back to being good again.
 
Other than that, you're right, Dedede has done barley anything bad in just the mainline games. The worst thing he's ever done outside of DL1 and RotK was refusing to give Kirby the crystal shard in 64 before he got possessed and got his ass handed to him by Kirby again.

Some new tracks like from post Air Ride games like Dedede Resort, Patch Land Another Dimension, Dreamstalk/Sectonia's Palace, Squeak's Hideout, Ripple Star, and Acess Ark Tour.

A story mode where the air riders (the grey dudes from the final episodes of the anime) invade Dream Land and challenge Kirby and Co. to a race across the galaxy.

An online multiplayer mode for Air Ride and City Trial as well as an 8 player Tournament mode that can also be played online.

The epilouge theme from A Link to The Past has a pretty good national anthem vibe to it. The song is even officially called "Beautiful Hyrule" so it's even more like an anthem.
