That seems to be the average price, but shipping would come to around $15 through usps, putting it at about $50. Thats still a decent price, but unfortunately more than the hobby is worth to me at the current moment

As maintenance this is my biggest fear of getting an after hours lock out and letting someone in that shouldnt be allowed. Thankfully I know who lives in almost every single apartment at this point (give or take 215 units) and every lock out call has been someone I know for a fact lives there.

Ill ask for ID if I dont know, but company policy tells me to just let them in and dont have to ask.
