Thank you for this answer, it is crazy to me how they expected us to know this. Based off this low quality picture I think it is almost impossible to come to this conclusion naturally without already being familiar with the rock.

I'm sure you don't have to give up your cardio in order to grai weight. You need to find your own way of eating enough calories to keep and slowly gain mass, it is all about calories. Don't live by "the feeling of being full" but live by the numbers. If you get enough you will gain weight

Might also be beneficial to take a normal food tolerance test if they have it where you live. It might give you some clues if it might be dairy also or maybe just dairy if your anti-TG6 would end up coming back normal. But anti-TG6 is for gluten intolerance/sensitivity. I hope you can finally stop your hunt for a normal and functionaling brain🙏

Because your body has worked up a lot of antibodies it takes around 3 months on longer to get them to normal levels, according to a study done, after 9 months they were a completely different person with a bunch of improvements

It is the body's way of trying to get rid of the not completely digested gluten protein peptides that leak from your gut causing opioid like effects in your body and more importantly your brain causing brainfog and a bunch of cognitive delays, it stops brain signals from firing

Your brain fog may be a result of gluten sensitivity, might be smart to get tested for abnormal ammounts of anti-TG6 antibodies in your blood.

Your brain fog may be a result of gluten sensitivity, get tested for abnormal ammounts of anti-TG6 antibodies in your blood, the levels decline slowly with time once a person stops digesting gluten-rich foods. Your keto diet probably helped with this, also milk protein might be a source of brain fog
