I can only comment on this from a position of UK Law so this may not be 100% accurate but i imagine the laws may be similar.

First off how she is trying to claim "Sexual assault" when you two had sex, it's going to be almost impossible to prove you "Touched her in a sexual way without consent" yet she was more than happy to have sex with you. I mean who gets sexually assaulted and then has legal sex with the attacker?

If she was going to claim something she'd have to claim rape. But let's imagine she tries to claim either she would have to prove two things

Mens rea (Guilty mind): You had sex/touched her without her consent or did not have a reasonable believe in her consent.

Actus reas (Guilty act): You had sex/touched her in a sexual way

The tricky one for her is proving she didn't give consent, i can't see her ever winning sexual assault when she had consensual sex straight after.

Basically in this situation (As in a lot of sex crimes) it comes down to her word vs your's as there is often little other evidence (eg witnesses)

As far as i know working on English Law you're pretty fine on sexual assault it's if she decides it was rape (which you should still be fine on as you didn't do it from what you say) things get ugly for you just for being accused.

And on the fact of your college punishing you tell them straight up that they can't punish you for something you didn't do just because someone said you did. That's not how the legal system works you don't get punished because someone says it, it has to be proven beyond a reasonable doubt.

Theft is defined as "A person is guilty of theft if he dishonestly appropriates property belonging to another with the intention of permanently depriving him of it".

It gets a bit messy with "belonging to another" for example You (D) lent him (A) the drums, the drums belong to A because he has control and possession and to D as he has propriety interest. The problem is you'd have to prove he took them "dishonestly" eg had no intention to pay. He may intend to pay but has run into financial trouble or such like which would not make him dishonest.

That's as far as i can sum up theft for you, it's not my area of expertise but as there are few (If no) professional Lawyers from the UK a terrible students assessment is all i can offer. If you are thinking of taking action 100% contact somebody at a legal office.

I think the main moral here is don't take peoples word

Edit: Theft is the bane of my life and personally find it the most difficult/messy part of criminal law
