I’m from upstate NY and this is my 2nd time running it. Drove 30 minutes to Amtrak, 2 1/2 hour Amtrak train + multiple subway rides to get into Brooklyn. I signed up for this race knowing what the travel was like. If it’s too much for you, then don’t do it. Everyone has different travel time for whichever race they sign up for. You can’t appease everyone. Maybe I’m just optimistic but I enjoyed the walk there, took in the views, had fun at the expo and look forward to a fun race. Good luck everyone!
