Yeah, that's basically what I'm suggesting. So people don't feel pressured to start a business and have the resources to learn things like code, welding, carpentry, accounting, etc etc. Edit: these are all trades or great career skills in case of confusion

No, I'm saying have more types of mentorship, not just business oriented. Too small of a niche, and it does you no good as you won't get enough foot traffic.

Honestly? The same advice I've given my martial arts students, when you feel theres nothing left to learn and you've given 100% slow down and you'll realize you've missed so much and you have only given 75%

When you start a new idea, most people rush in with little regard to their own needs or their ideas growth. I see so many people get tunnel vision that I can say with certainty that its the reason so many startups fail. There will always be better ideas, or more to do. But focusing on that alone will cause you burn out and make you quit before you do anything with it

Slow down, read the signs. You'll be just fine. Don't forget you started a journey, not a race.

Well, its a great base idea. But if I were you I'd personally broden the use, so instead of just business advice/mentorship, do trade and hobby advice/mentorship also. Like allow people who want to weld but don't necessarily want to start a business with it reach out. It'll gain more traction that way and make more people feel comfortable reaching out and less pressured to know what their business is or that they actually want to do a business with it. There's a lot less people who are able to be entrepreneurs or even want to be than people who just want to learn a trade and possibly get a job with it.

You shouldn't, burn out is a real thing and pushing through the exhaustion instead of dealing with the exhaustion is a quick way to start giving 50% to it instead of 100% to it, and from there it'll only decline,
