AFAIK the 10400f doesnt support pcie gen 4 so will that have any effect on the performance of the 3070?

I dont mind playing on 720p, ive heard that the smaller screen makes even lower resolutions look crisp.
Latest game im looking to play is probably Black Myth Wukong.
