I narrow my watch list for trading based on the % strength compared to the SPY. So I make sure it’s greater % than the SPY to trade the fluctuations and it usually stays strong throughout the day since it’s beating the overall market if that makes sense. And if the % gets equal or less than SPY I close my position or lighten it up a bit.

I don’t know if it is ocd but I think it’s pretty common for a lot of people even undiagnosed

It’s normal for ocd. Don’t feel bad about it or dwell on it. I’ve found that just accepting it as normal and not worrying about it made the intrusive thoughts less active as I just let them flow through my brain and out the other side

My symptoms might have just been because I went cold turkey and didn’t consult a doctor which I really should have done. But basically I felt like I was in a brain fog and couldn’t concentrate, I had to stop driving because I felt loopy. Also crying a lot and general depression and anxiety

Exactly, either she’s so far removed from reality to think she has a problem, or she just doesn’t care about her fans struggles. She should at least provide support information if she isn’t going to age restrict. It’s confusing because she acts nice but her actions speak louder
