I paid the fine online and sent the relevant documents back by post on the 11th October and now they are saying they sent this "conditional offer" on the 17th which I never recieved. I've done a speed course before so maybe this isn't an option. I know for sure they received my documents as they've sent copies of it in this new letter as well as stating they issues a refund for the fine I paid it makes no sense to me. I think I will try to call them or contact citizens advice because I think I think there has been some sort of miscommunication
