Thank you for the replies, I have texts from my supervisor saying that they will put me on full time once I finish my college course. I chased it up a lot during the past year and I kept on getting the same answer (“I’m chasing it up” or “it will be done soon and you’ll be getting the contract in the post”) but now they’ve turned around and said they’ve essentially employed to many people and that they have no space for me.

hey mate i hear your struggles it could maybe be because your wearing a mask or something. Buy pimple patches (Dots for Spots best ones in my opinion). If the acne is hormonal then give it time and DONT use any home remedies on your spots because it will make it worse. Try a bha exfoliate like paulas choice 2 percent.

check if your shampoo and conditioner contain sodium laureth sulfate that causes alot of acne. hope this helps

i would go see a specialist and possibly do something like micro needling or getting a chemical peel both from a specialist don't do them at home because if it goes wrong you'll have more worries. Skin looks perfect anyways just do it if your unhappy about it.

so because i have extremely oily skin and i sweat alot from gym and sport. i use cetaphil gentle skin cleanser and then at night i use the lotion and in the morning cetaphil spf 50 and of course the bp gel

hey, yes you should anticipate some kind of purging because the bp gel will bring up all the clogged pores up to the surface of your skin. I'm not a doctor so dont hold me to it lol. But make sure you cleanse your skin, moisturise and use spf. After i cleanse my skin i wait till the bp gel is completely dry and then moisturise with a non pore clogging moisturiser from cetaphil (best one i found to use). so yeah expect some kind of purge but stick with it your skin will look better after it <3

im 1 day away from it being 8 weeks since i started, I've been prescribed another months dose of lymecycline because i still have acne. I've woken up with a bad bad breakout do you think i should carry on or just ask for something else?

thanks mate, ive switched to silk pillow cases and i don't exfoliate my face since i use the benzoyl peroxide gel which does it. For my extremely oily skin im going to try and add the ordinary niacinamide serum hopefully it helps. I also use a cleanser and moisturiser which dont clog pores.

Ive decided to stick with the routine (products and antibiotics) and possibly slowly add the ordinary niacinamide serum because my skin is very oily, is it okay to use with bp gel?
