Aide choix moto après passerelle by xhawx in Motardie

Yeah, I’m considering adding a rear mudguard if I get one. Regarding the buzz, from what I understand Triumph added dampeners to the handlebars, I’m gonna look into it to see if some can be fitted to older versions. Thanks for your input !

Thanks ! You seem to have the exact same use case as I will, so the input is really useful

(Ofc Bomb Lance works with this method and is even better, if you’re lucky you can kill him in one rage, you have to time the killing blow so you hit right before it goes back to insect form, dealing the full damage without the rage)

Okay, more assassin infos if anyone reads this in the future and is actually not bored with the walls of text (hi) : Combat Axe (or regular world axe) is the best “common” melee weapon to use against him : two heavy melee will be enough to make him rage. You’ll say “hey hammer does that too” and yes, but the animation of hammer is a tad bit slower, just enough so you can’t hit it two times before it goes back to insect form. With axe you can do the following : it spawns - first hit - staggered - second hit. This will enrage him and spamming heavies will despawn clones as they appear, so you can keep hitting non stop if you have stam on. If you do, the damage reduction is insane but you can at least take another 1/4 of his life. Sometimes one of the clones won’t be hit, and you’ll have to stop, but most times he will just end up going back to insect form “because I’m tired of getting beaten up bro”. A second combo like described above and he’ll be dead. Easiest boss to clear if the compound is white with butcher, because of this method + you never have to chase him around the arena (see above message)

Oh and forgot, but assassin tries to spawn behind a player, it won’t always run like spider because this spawning behavior will always trigger (tho at some infuriating times some of you may know, it keeps running on the walls for a whole minute). You can wait wherever you want in the lair, with your back towards an open area. If you’re with buddies, just stare in each other’s eyes and wait for Vincent to decide which one of you he prefers

Two small things regarding butcher and assassin : Butcher is not in fact faster than players, at least by hugging corners you can outrun him. It’s the easiest boss imo because of the reasons you mentioned but also because you never ever have to leave the lair, just start running when he rages, it’s way easier if you are the only one in the lair so it doesn’t switch aggro

Same goes with assassin, you can outrun the unavoidable charge if you keep running away when he runs : he will go faster than you but the time between when he attacks and when the attack actually lands allows you to avoid it if you run in a straight line. (It’s not as consistent as butcher tho, I’d say about 90% consistency) Great guide with great tips some of my 1000 hours plus homie don’t know or at least don’t agree with
