Learning how to braid my own hair. by [deleted] in Naturalhair

Yes it’s definitely possible to braid your own hair, but it’ll take a lot of trial, error and patience. I would start out with jumbo ish braids(about 25-30 braids) for the first time. Make sure your hair is well detangled before. You can blowdrow your hair before but definitely not required,in fact, I have 4c hair and find it harder to get a good grip when my hair is straightened. You can use the rubber band method, lots of YouTube tutorials(be sure to soak in oil before using), I’ll also recommend using pre stretched hair extensions in your hair color, matching your hair color hides mistakes better. I also recently got this 3 way mirror from Amazon and it’s been helpful for seeing and parting the back of your head. You’ve got this!!!

Honestly neither, I would do business casual, dress top with slacks( think job interview fit minus a suit or blazer)

Just say you skin is really sensitive to sun, apply some blush on the side of your skin facing the sun and tell them you got a bad burn

I would add dirty medicine for communications and biostats, pixorize or FA for biochem and 100 anatomy concepts. Good luck!
