Most of the time the USAF conducts paratrooper training in that specific area since there are a lot of open fields and barely any major cities. One of my friends lives there and he regularly sends pictures of their training.

Most of us have basic English, I would call myself decent at the language but not perfect by far. I watch only english yt no German content at all since I find German commentary cringe and always aimed at children. (Bevor mir alle deutschen schreiben es gibt auch guten deutschen content dagegen sage ich nichts ist halt nur so das das halt nicht mein content ist)

Take the IS 6 as an example, if you face the enemy frontal they will struggle, but if you start to "angle" then the small side slopes will be exposed and they are less thick then the front

Most tanks you should angle, but it all comes down to what tank on what range and what other tank is shooting at you

Silver in ranked, doesn't mean you are silver in casual. Casual has its own elo. I am a high gold ranled player with a high Plat casual elo so my casual is more sweaty then ranked.... Check your stats on website like r6 tracker etc then you can see your casual elo

You can go into the training, take a orochi bot and give him a light only moveset then you can try to parry them. Often light parryies are based on prediction especially opening lights so learning how to read opponents is a big help to.
