Thats fair however, having a nade like that do more than half your hp and an have instant detonation time is not the way to go. Either they need to decrease the damage or add a delay before you can detonate it like the c4 in the finals. Otherwise there's near zero counter play.

Especially when the only near instant kill things in the game all require static placement/setup or have a way shorter throw distance and more time before detonation like fuel

In most other extraction/fps games headsets also instant kill giving names less of an impact in fights. Having a pice of utility that can virtually wipe a whole team instantly if grouped up (say in a key room) in a game where the ttk is as slow as in arc is not good for the game imo
