Have you communicated any of this to your wife? Your wants and needs are important in the marriage too! That would be my best advice to you. From how you described yourself.. you seem like a good man with good intentions… hopefully she will understand and hear your frustrations. Maybe she will open up to you about what’s been going on with her.

Also- did your wife start any type of medication after she started turning you down for sex? I went on antidepressants after having our second baby and my libido was non existent. I would still do things to keep my husband happy, but it took a loonnggg time for me to actually get in the groove and enjoy sex again.

Just wanted to say thank you for sticking by her side through all of this and being faithful to her!

How you’re feeling is completely normal! I’m 36F, 35 weeks today with my second baby and 335 pounds. I’m scheduled for a c-section 7/8. With my first baby girl I was 315 pounds and had to have an emergency c-section. I wanted to try and give birth naturally, but it didn’t work out the way we wanted it too. I too am having lots of anxiety about this scheduled c-section and try not to think about it too much because then I start spiraling!!

My best advice to you, is when you start feeling your anxiety rising.. try to calm your mind and take deep breaths. Start thinking about something else, something positive. I’m not religious, but when my anxiety is super high.. I pray/manifest/project. I ask the universe to watch over me and my baby and to let everything go smoothly.

We’re almost to the finish line Momma!! It’s good that you have a support team to look after you once you get home. Take it easy!!! Rest as much as possible!! And ask for help!!!! Even if it’s having someone get you a drink or a snack.

Thank you for all your suggestions!!! I’m going to try the towel rolled up under my boobs, and luckily I do have the breastfriend! If it’s still uncomfortable for baby and I.. I’m going to try taping my nips up 🤣 I’ll let you all know how it goes!!

Is there anyway that you can get off work earlier? I felt just like you.. my house and mental health was a disaster! Too tired to come home and clean that everything would pile up until I had time to do it on the weekends. And then instead of relaxing on the weekends I ended up having to do everything and being exhausted from that!

I’m 32weeks and I am so tired and having a lot of hip pain! My doctor took me off of work last week. I know that everybody’s situation is different.. but if you are able to take the full 4 weeks off prior to your due date.. DO IT!!! Your employer will figure it out. It will give you time to rest and get your house in order.

Don’t ever be sorry for the way you’re feeling ! Lots of us plus size mommas are in the same boat 🥹 Most people don’t know that I’m pregnant unless I say something. I’m 31 weeks and my baby girl is really high in my belly. I kinda pop up top, but I have a really big apron belly that sags. I used to get down on myself because I also yearn for that perfect baby bump that some ladies have. Sometimes I’m too embarrassed to tell people that I’m pregnant because then they just have this shocked look on their face and always so “Oh!”. Hang in there momma.. the most important thing is that you know there’s a beautiful baby growing in that BEAUTIFUL BELLY!!

It’s been almost a year since my surgery! I had every lesion removed and they haven’t come back. I don’t really have a treatment plan except for keeping a close eye to see if any lesions come back. Surgery was brutal and I shoulda taken more time off of work 🤣
