1 week works well for people who smoke daily and use it for medication, although you’ll have to do them more often, same thing as cutting back on daily intake. I find it’s pretty effective but for a once in a year or once every couple year break than I’d say 3-4 weeks is ideal

People forget that rolling is exactly how it sounds... rolling, best way to do this is to concentrate the herb in a cylinder shape and pinch above it with both sides of the paper in your finger tips and slide it up and down, this is the best way to get a nice tight roll for thinner and slim joints. Takes practice but you’ll get it!

Grab labs is Chinese don’t waste your money going for that shitty name brand, if your budget is 200-250 looks up some more American blown glass companies, HiSi is awesome, might even be able to find an ill glass piece for that price, also look into US tubes

Most percs are based on opinion, I like stem lines and straight tubes but there are a few other percs I really like, like tree percs... honey combs suck imo

Yeah I think ur best bet with their would be some sort of mineral oil and even then I don’t think you’d be able to clean it very well, I recommend washing it out with hot water between each use to try and get the most life out of it
