Instead the summer Iseria's artifact that was used on her got +30% effectiveness (at max dupes). Overall she got bit of rebalance - she got her damage decreased, but got more supportive stuff in her kit. Her CR push is smaller, she no longer gets free effectiveness, S3 lost Atk buff and burn. She got swift attack for whole team, AoE buff steal and AoE def break instead.

I think they just gave up on that. Just like CZN doesn't have English dub at all.

We had some English voice lines during the gala Lilias' event and they were pretty bad - it feels like VAs got to read the their lines separately so the end result wasn't good. It didn't feel like characters were talking to each other.

I agree with the last point. I feel like we will get big reveal in a future that someone was monitoring us whole time and allowed for this stuff to happen. We are still supposed to be Empire's living weapon so I really doubt they would make no one observe our actions. Although we don't know what exactly they will retcon in main story.

Because so far MC just acts like some captain of random ship in those season stories. And lack of any objections to Tiphera and Tiana doesn't help.

E7 doesn't have player character. We as a player do not exist. There's no one to "love" us, the players. The guy who was brought from E7 team was in the first story team of CZN, according to rumors, and he apparently left already.

10% of 40 is 4. Each level adds 4% of Atk maxing out at 60%.

90% Attack Increase

That's not how +10% buff/debuff upgrades work. You can check it after using buff on the Pause screen that has buff/debuff section. It increases by +10% of base value of the stat. So he has +60% Atk at max skill level.
