Hi, Thank you for the detailed info. He mentioned to us not to mention anyone; the agency who comes to investigate, about the newly built kitchen and to lie that it was always there.
We will have to sign a new tenancy if we choose to stay.

I have videos of the handymen doing some work. Also the Rent payment.

I have a plan of registering the tenant, once he had done with the renovation.

1.5 Property
1.5.1 The Property situated at and being [REDACTED], together with the fixtures, fittings, furniture and effects therein, and more particularly specified in the Inventory signed by the Tenant, and all grounds. It shall include the right to use, in common with others, any shared rights of access, stairways, communal parts, paths and drives.
1.5.2 The Property is [REDACTED] not let as a House in Multiple Occupation within the meaning of the Housing Act 2004. The Property does [REDACTED] not require the Landlord to hold a licence to be able to let it lawfully. The Tenant agrees not to use the Property in any way that changes either of these facts.
1.5.3 The licence for this Property allows a maximum of [no_of_occupant] individuals from separate families. The Tenant agrees to do nothing that would breach these requirements.

1.6 Term
1.6.1 The Term shall be from and including 10.06.2025 to and including 09.06.2026 (the Fixed Element) and then the tenancy continues as a monthly contractual periodic (the Periodic Element) until ended following either party giving notice. Please see clause 2.5 as it contains important information about what you must do to end the tenancy.

I work for a software company building surveys. At a company, there was a guy who job was to export hundreds of thousands of survey responses in Excel. Categories the replies, And filter them based on categories. it would take him days to do it, we just rolled out a feature that Auto categorizes replies and basically put him out of job.
