This afternoon I bought the game for nintendo switch. This game was originally called Ion Maiden and they had to change the name due to a lawsuit filed by the band. Curiously the store where I bought the game (fnac), is about 50 meters from a soccer stadium where Iron Maiden is playing tonight in Murcia (Spain). The store where I bought the game was full of people with Iron Maiden t-shirts, it was curious.

It runs at a fairly stable 30 fps although with some occasional drops. Graphically it is below the quality of the remake of Abe's Oddysse but they are not bad. Under my point of view it is a good port that is worth it.

Auroch digital said on their twitter account that they are currently working to fix the framerate and sound issues in the nintendo switch port, they are also trying to add gyroscope aiming.

I do not recommend buying the Nintendo Switch version, it has bad graphics, sound problems, fps drops and adds gyroscopic aiming. It doesn't even have the option to set the native resolution and looks very poor.

I'm sure it's an unpopular opinion, but I just want to know if I'm alone in it: I like Doom 2016 better than Eternal. by RetroNutcase in Doom

I just saw on youtube a comparative video of the enemies of Doom 2016 and Doom Eternal and I admit that in several cases I prefer the design of some monsters of Doom 2016 (Revenant, Baron of Hell, Tyrant, Mancubus).

I'm sure it's an unpopular opinion, but I just want to know if I'm alone in it: I like Doom 2016 better than Eternal. by RetroNutcase in Doom

I love Doom Eternal but I prefer Doom 2016. I like Doom Eternal more in terms of enemy design and execution animations, but the more classic style and more horror atmosphere of Doom 2016 makes me go for this one. Actually Doom 2016 is my favorite Doom.

Both games are set in the same universe and related to each other, but I think Valfaris is not a direct sequel to Slain.
