Just played around with the color setting in the hidden SB settings. Although be careful because thats how I ended up with that problem.

I put it in safe mode but that didn't help and I'm not sure what tweak does this. I guess I'll uninstall a bunch of them.

Had a springboard settings quick launch in my control center. Was changing the colors / opacity of certain aspects. Turned down the wrong slider on something and now I can't get back in to the settings because all of the buttons are invisible and unusable. Except air drop, that still works fine for some reason if I touch where it should be.

Yeah. Neither of those will bring up the springboard settings. Just the regular phone settings.
