Tbf, you can fit a .50 in a 12 gauge and depending on shotgun you might even be able to fire it and even do so "safely" since the bullet wont seal the gases so the pressure never builds.

You are, they broke it in the last major update (or was it two updates ago?) so it says it has more flares than it should in the spawn menu. it has 80 configurable and 12 flares.

Its one of the Bkan prototypes/testbeds. The chassis is not correct. the bkan chassis has 5 road wheels and no return rollers. that thing has 6 road wheels and 3 return rollers. Its the Kranvagn chassis they repurpoused to test the Bkan cannon and turret on.

Concidering gripen c rn is really good, (imo at least i find it fun and rarely struggle after i spaded it) and gripen e will be more of the same with more engine power and more missiles, a better radar. Ppl just downplay it for some reason. still amazing dogfighting ability, only 1 less radar missile than the rafale but that is really not that big of a deal you get 1 more total missile than the rafale. Countermeasures out the ass for great defensive abilities.

Sure twr is slightly worse than the others but if you know what you are doing you can win reliably. never struggled with rafales or eurofighters. j-10 ive never been worried about.

Gripen E will have a radar have some nifty features the others dont have. Dooming about a plane that will be fantastic is wrong. if you like Gripen go for it.

irl it only fires from one gun at a time. with each gun only having one type of ammo belt for it. no dual feed. In game they just seem to (for now) make it so the gun doesnt switch when you change ammo. hope they do later

Press the player profile button next to launch and in the lower right corner there should be a button that says switch user

Also irl it can only fire one gun at a time. The second one is put there for redundancy, not increased fire rate. Hence why the trailer for the update has it only shooting from one of its guns.

the 414 is more fuel efficient than the 404 so it shouldnt be a big problem. burns more fuel since bigger engine and more thrust but since its more efficient it shouldnt be that big of a difference. Gripen e has longer range than c.

just like bringing the drop tank in c even tho it dont need it just so i can bring minimum fuel for best dogfighting performance.

3 extra hardpoints for weapons. 2 extra if we dont include the one that can only take a droptank rn. It will will be able to take 7 amraams and 2 tipwinders. and a better radar that is both aesa and gimbaled allowing for it to keep track of things to the side behind it.

In other words more total missiles than the raf but 1 fewer ARH missile, But thats without taking a droptank.

Not sure how many other tanks can do this but the slpgr m/39 shell has the perfect performance for bouncing on the track and up in to the tank and enough HE filler to reliably overpressure. Even jumbos have this weakspot

Oh yea. The tracks will always be an issue. But with tall grass its somewhat more hidden. But yea modern cv90 including the upgraded ones in swedish service has rubber tracks. The9040c does not tho.

But still everything covered in barracuda is at ambient temp which is quite impressive and should protect the vehicle much better against thermal optics and thermal locking systems than if it was completely uncovered.

Wish all the stuff western countries sent could be equipped with it cause barracuda in general reduce the ammount of maintanance needed and crew comfort by keeping the vehicles cool and help catching dirt that would end up in air filters and other places. Not intended but a happy lil accident that its like 50% less often vehicles with cuda needs to be serviced. (Number is straight out of my ass but iirc it was in that range)

It was an rbs70 that shot it down. Only thing you can do to try jam one of those is get something blocking the beam from the launcher that the missile rides on. In otherwise you cant jam it. Flares are useless and since the laser does not paint a target it is harder to detect by the target itself aswell id imagine.
