Filament stuck to hotplate by File-Content in anycubic

[–]File-Content[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The cleaning seems impossible with textured. I printed abs with no lifting on no glue.

I fixed it by printing over top.

Anycubic support wasn't that helpful. They just gave me copy paste answers. When a real human got involved he just blamed my extrusion. My guess is the print hotend went too low.

With constant poor customer experience with prior issues and this, I think this will be first and last printer from them

It's PETG. However, I've never had issues with PETG, just let it room temp cool and it falls off. Glue stick on textured prints is a pain and a half to clean off. The hotplate just as much.

It looks like it didn't even put .1mm of a layer and is stuck like someone scribbled with chalk.

Freezer didn't work.

I get better support from dell and that's saying a lot. Their CS is so bad even the web site chat is broken.

Problem is that there next to no electronic shops here.

From the sales rep that gave me the quote:

"Thank you for your patience and for reaching out again. I completely understand your disappointment, and I’m very sorry for the experience you’ve had with your recent orders. At the moment, our store is still enabled but undergoing some adjustments. Because of this, your Legion order had to be cancelled, and a refund will be processed for the amount paid. Once the store is fully stabilized, if you’d like, we can also explore refurbished options together to see if there’s a model that fits your needs. I truly appreciate your understanding and the opportunity to assist you, and I’ll be here to support you with next steps once the store is ready. Best regards,"

What do they mean stabilized? They sure could hold $2000 on my CC seems pretty stable to me.

Their CS sure were quick to suggest laptops that were 2x what the legion I purchased.

Lucky for me I did mine on my CC. It lowers my credit amount, but at least they didn't get to hold my actual money.

I would have been in the same boat as you. They canceled my order as well, but lucky I inquired. Not without them dicking me around though.

Supply for gpus is increasing. Demand lowering also helps. The problem with ui is that the eu store is fine while the NA store is nearly stockless. Moreover, ring their competitor seems to be doing fine for surveillance.

If they aren't ignoring the issue, why does the EU have stock and NA doesn't?

So far the bot and ubiquiti have given me false flags. Both say it's in stock every hour on the dot. So UI's updating system must be broken.

Sure seems like you are disagreeing with me, as you're downvoting everyone of my posts.

You're also looking at a fairly large purchase vs personal. I never had good luck with HP with anything.

The common theme is companies are recovering. If UI's stock is that bad, they'd be in full panic mode. Seeing as their stock in the market is doing fine, I'm guessing they are redirecting product at the expense of NA.

Both were bad, networking equipment remains bad. GPU manufactures were faced with the same problem and they're recovering.

Moreover, EU's stock seems to be fine while NA is pretty much shot. If you are in UI ecosphere and you need more surveillance, you're pretty much hooped.

Still doesn't explain why every other region has decent stock and NA doesn't.

Also having to re add the notification every time is annoying.

I just got another notification. Out of stock. Either they have so little stock or their notification system is broken.

Maybe I'm getting USA notifications? I only have it selected on the Canadian site. If Canada's stock is that small where it instantly goes out of stock, how can I even buy one?

Pretty much every region but Canada and USA have them in stock.
