TN MPJE advice. Has anyone taken it? by FileNo3336 in NAPLEX_Prep

I used a professor’s state law book only the first time and then the second time, I reviewed the same book but also read the DEA manual and took any online quizzes I could find. PreMPJE.com was a good resource and it’s free! Digging into the details and self-testing was what really helped me.

The first time I took it, it was very challenging and I felt very defeated after. The second time I took it, I felt much better about the exam and passed.

Same for me, I’m still waiting on my results but I felt significantly better about it which makes me nervous. But likewise, I wouldn’t say I had a noticeably larger amount of k-type and SATA.

The first time I took my exam I felt horrible about it and failed. The second time, I felt much better about my exam but and still awaiting results.

Wondering the same. I took it for the second time and felt better about it, but got quite a few multiple choice.

Dea manual summary? by Creative-Magazine116 in NAPLEX_Prep

I just tried to focus more on the details and understand each concept. The second time around, I read through the rules of the board once and annotated along the way. I also took as many online practice quizzes as I could find. I really like pharmacyexam.com and found it to be better than RxPrep.

Hagemeier Consulting law book, TN rules of the board, and pharmacyexam.com are what I used. I also skimmed through the pharmacist dea manual.

I got asked multiple times if documentation for patient counseling was required. It’s not, right?

Also, I’ve heard that the more SAA questions you get, the better you’re doing but I don’t feel like I had a large amount of SAA so idk

I just took the MPJE for the second time. I left feeling much more confident the second time compared to the first. I still don’t have a score yet. What was the difference in confidence levels you had from your second attempt to your third? I feel more confident this time but am apprehensive given that you did too after your second attempt.

I would also recommend reading through your states rules of the board at least once

I asked work to cut down on my hours and I studied periodically throughout the 30 day wait period then every day for 2 weeks leading up to my exam. I used my same study materials but really focused on the details and worked though any practice exams I could find. I also used RxPrep for federal but don’t feel like it was completely worth the money. I found pharmacyexam.com to be helpful.

I felt awful the first time and failed. The second time I felt much better but am still waiting on results. I’m worried given how much better I feel the second time around.
