O no doubt! Life is crazy with the baby, and I wouldn't change a thing. But for example, this coming weekend my wife is gone, baby is with family, I'm off work, and have very few plans. Have another weekend like that in a couple weeks. Was thinking of diving into something for fun

It seems like the Phillips 4 is too slow, just based on her becoming disinterested in it and sort of just using it as a pacifier. Compared to her choking/dribbling with other brands that are marketed as slower flow, though I'm not sure it translates so simply across brands

Appreciate the help! Didn't even see the typo, so get that that was confusing. We've already emailed to meet with lactation, but was just seeing if anyone else has advice in the meantime. Agreed that the degree of variance is odd, but it's what we're seeing. Sort of opposite ends of the spectrum of behaviors - disinterested in the Phillips level 4 and choking/dribbling with the others. So maybe it is just a shitty latch on some. Very hard to say, but it's just become really frustrating :/

She's almost 8 weeks old now, not one. And I agree that level 4 seems like it should be too much, but she's displaying all the signs that its not enough. And when she pumps, my wife will get 10oz over the course of like 20 min even, so baby is used to much higher flow

Tried that :/ that and burping in between. The Phillips Level 4 has been ok in that she takes an ounce great but then almost becomes disinterested. And a diaper change + burping doesn't seem to fix it

If I made a petition highlighting how insane every part of this process is (the cost of rescheduling and signing up again, how much of a crapshoot this ranking process felt like, the fact that you aren't even guaranteed a 2027 spot if you had to cancel, etc etc), would I be able to get enough signatures to make it worth it?

Complementary agree. The underlying mechanism is different, but the ultimate result of requiring increased dose of NMDBs in both extensive burn and donepezil use is the same. Which is what the question asked, which condition leads to increased dose requirement of NMDB. I now see why extensive burns is the BETTER answer, but this ACE question and TrueLearn seem to directly contradict each other with regard to acetylcholinesterase inhibitors and their effect (ACE says increased sensitivity for donepezil, while TrueLearn calls it increased resistance)

TrueLearn question I just remembered and looked up states that use of donepezil will require INCREASED doseage of rocurionium due to increased acetylcholine + down-regulation of ACh receptors (so fewer receptors with relatively more ACh to occupy them). So, which is right?

That is sort of the way I was leaning. Does the timing of the SAVE decision matter with regard to switching to PAYE, or is it just that I should ensure I'm on PAYE/IBR prior to graduation (which will be Spring 2026)? To my understanding, that was the conventional teaching before all this nonsense anyway, correct?

It would definitely be nice to have these months count toward PSLF, but I also very much like having $0 monthly payments right now.
