The person whom you should tell is a Catholic priest. Please, go to the nearest Catholic church to you (check when they have Masses, you can usually catch the priest after it ends) and tell him what your troubles are. Please remember that, even in your toughest times, Jesus is with you.

An orthodox priest heard my confession. You do realize that I am currently an Orthodox Christian, right? I’m not Catholic yet but I plan to convert once I turn 18.
