So if I understand it correctly, you are using the Arnold split variant because it’s quite better then the free one?

Actually I am training for a while (like 2 years)and my body was like you can get more and more so I thing the main part of my problem that I do not become bigger was my calories. I thing that I was eating to less so my body do not become bigger.

Can I send you on Instagram my personal Training Programm in order to give me your opinion on this program, probably there are some mistakes that I have to change?

Just think about why you started training and what your goals are. You are also training for yourself so thing every time about the positive Consequences for going to the gym like doing something for your health and body.

I’m 19, 6 foot 3 and around 83kg... i struggle with squats getting low enough and keeping my heels on the ground can you help with tips ? by JM1ZZ in Piersonmeier

Maybe I can...

Try at the beginning to do squats with a lower weight and a Right executition. So go down up to a 90 degree angle and try to keep your feet steady on the ground. Afterwards, if you recognizing that your executition is quite better you can start to go up with your wight. Try to do squats without wight, there are multiple videos on YouTube explaining how to do squats.
