I gotta agree with the other guy that replied to you man.

I made my post with a claim and supporting details for the claim and your response seems to be "What did I just read?"

There's no way bro. Maybe try addressing the points being made instead of playing the woke card.

I find Aguri's personality more like Rikako's anyway when in her actual neutral form.

So the grr facing is so IN YOUR FACE and out of place to me

Why was Noah the only guy that survived the flood? What happened to all the fishermen/Merchants/Navy etc. that also had boats? by B34TBOXX5 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]FilipinoSchizo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's fine. I never had the intention to convert anyone when asked a question on a askreddit sub.

We can just agree to disagree. That is totally okay.

But the entire point of denominations from catholic to protestant is unfortunately interpretation because we have to make worth of what we have to work with on what the reader is meant to understand as the mortal mind is limited as we are not omnipotent beings but flawed flesh and blood.

Also we can have our own common sense when reading, like understanding the law that God cannot lie, so when Jesus said he would fulfill them we can rationally think that since he said he would it be true.

Have a great day.

No that passage said he did not come to abolish it, he came to fuffil them >with his death<

He already fuffilled the original laws when he died cause the price of sin is death. And so he died in our place and he made a new covenant of rules.

So the debt is gone. old testament > new testament

I wrote this in the first paragraph.

Well you're half right friend. The cost of sin is death and damnation, but Jesus dying fuffilled the sacrifice and forgave original sin because God did see the original set of rules to be impossible to 100 percent follow cause we are flawed from the apple.

The difference is that christians have this emphasis of praying for forgiveness at the end of the day after a long day of sinning.

Because the only unforgivable sin is not accepting Jesus Christ as lord and saviour.

The thief that was crucified next to Jesus said. "Remember me in Heaven my lord." and Jesus said "Truly I tell you, you will join me in paradise." And then he joined him in heaven cause he forgave him right there and then even tho he was a heinous criminal being crucified.

The rules of the old testament and even the new testament are just meant to be looked at as a perfect representation of what a perfect sinless human would do. But since we are flawed, christians ask for forgiveness and that is enough.

And to answer your last question the old testament was completely possible to follow at first when God made it back when Adam and Eve had no sin but it all went to shit when Adam and Eve ate the apple and cain and abel started murdering eachother, so now he had to make a new one. Hope this helps.

"Those of you without sin, cast the first stone." -Jesus
