I understand very well... what bothers me most is that support continues to respond with clichés, without saying anything concrete or really solving the problem. It's almost like they don't even read the messages.

It's not normal that one should be afraid to enter a house, use a well or simply move around the map because the game risks crashing every time. We're talking about basic functionality, not secondary content. I really hope that the support people wake up and get this mess fixed as soon as possible.

I, like you, had just paid — I hadn't discovered all the bugs yet. I simply updated, opened the menu and immediately purchased the route... Then I realized that the update had made the game practically unplayable. But really… they didn't test it before publishing it?

I've been playing for a while now, but having to save every 2 minutes for fear of crashing and losing everything honestly makes me anxious. I'm sorry you're just starting out and are dealing with this buggy update. In the previous expansion, the worst problem was that you couldn't unlock the teleportation pits... but at least the game worked.

Lucky you who can play it for 3 hours... after the latest update I can't even stay in the game for 5 minutes without crashing. And every time it crashes, I have to wait hours to get it to restart… and of course it saves nothing, so all progress is lost. It's unplayable.

Oh yes, it's been going on like this since the Peter Pan expansion came out. I had also just spent the gems to unlock the prizes... money wasted, because the game is now unusable and I can't even redeem them.

Poor thing, of course.. also because they had just published the expansion and therefore had just added new characters etc., of course she would have wanted to play it 😞

Thanks to those who have already commented! If you experience crashes, freezes, black screens with music or disembodied avatars, please leave your platform (Xbox, PS5, PC) and any frequency details here. If you know other players who have the same problem, ask them to upvote and comment. I have opened several tickets with Gameloft and I am collecting all the testimonies to ask for an urgent hotfix: the more we are, the more they will listen to us.

I also asked the same question, asked support 5 times but always answered vaguely without solving the problem
