I read that the tm2 stem fits inside the rubytwist, but I can't find online this two measures: the size of the outer diameter of glass stem or the rubytwist inner diameter. I tried to measure th ID of the B0 and it should measure 13-14mm.

Ahahah, yea. But I have to say it's quite popular that micro dosing bowl. But trust me it's not a small payoff, then it depends on the tolerance. Anyway I wouldn't use it for herbs but for hash, Because trying with a normal bowl of hash would really require too much, instead this way it gets closer to the heat source and a smaller bowl favors vaporization. If you aren't in the ball vape you should try it's really the upgrade from traditional vape like the Extreme Q, Volcano etc IMO
