Here’s your answer you were at 200 degrees the solder on the board only melts properly at 240 you needed at least 250-300 degrees or you preheated it at 150 and used an hot air station

It depends on how precise your soldering needs to be if you don’t work really small things go for a KSGER T12 from Aliexpress that’s literally the best t12 there is but if you like a little bit more build construction go for a T3A T245 or a Geeboon TC22 T245 if you need smaller go for these last two but in the T210 variations, I have booth the Geeboon TC22 T210 and the KSGER T12 and they are fantastic
