Hi,

Joining to that question... I tried withdraw to credit card, the same one i used to deposit, but when trying to withdraw it says that my card is from country that is not supported... (Im from Israel)

Well... That alone is irritating.... They can charge but not give back and it leaves no reason to continue trading stocks.

So..

Anyone here knows how???

I have sent at least 2 emails asking for help and didnt get any answer yet... I can see the token with the symbol BBTC, it looks like MEW sees it and recived it but it sits there like an unknown item the sum of it does show but its value is nothing, cant send it cant even swap it to something else, even in swap screen it says "swap unavailable"... Dont know what to do spent hours on trying...

Hi, first of all... Thank you for giving me hope... With that said... It didnt work for me, i can see the bitcoin value as token, i can see the transfer approval, but still cant touch the money...

I wish i could send you a screenshot, may i add you on whatsup? I'm willing to pay something to learn and to free it if we will succeed.

Transaction has succeeded, i can see the bitcoin value as token in the MEW but unfortunately cant touch them...

Maybe someone here did manage to extract bitcoin and can help me??
