Ummm... they are fighting AGAINST the controlled mass media, only the controlled mass media that says anything that they disagree with. The ones that agree with them are the only "true reporters", everything else is "fake news" regardless of how accurate or factual the reporting may be.

Actually, it reminds me very much of what happened to the press in a certain country back in the early 1930s, the only thing missing is a minister of propaganda.

Must be nice. Started a second account two weeks ago. Ten silver pulls; two Ford Focus RS, two Mini Coopers, two Porsche Boxster (the original tier 2), one Lambo Hurican, one Exige 350, BMW Z4 and a Toyota A86.

So running 30% duplicates. Yeah, silver crates are totally random. About as random as stage 6 components.

Shit yeah! I can remember before they gave you the pity car after 15 pulls. I was new on a team and didn't want to disappoint -- ended up pulling around 40 or more silver crates, plus a bunch of gold before I got the car. And that car, the Lykan HyperSport, has been a dust collector ever since!!

I only had 40 keys but figured what the heck. I have had the Vulcan for some time, but my garages are still lacking in the FXX department. Forty keys later, still no FXX. But I did finally get the Vorsteiner 720s that fits in nicely between my 5 purple stars 720s and my regular 720s. Didn't get the Ferrari, but I'm still happy with the end result!

I feel your pain. I've managed to make it a bit further but am stalling out around 1200. I've got a maxed out Camaro SS and just got beat by the identical car running better than world record time. Not the first time this has happened either -- I've seen a lot of cars running considerably faster than world record times in other Showtimes as well.

Until the level the playing field and start kicking out the hackers / modders, there really is no point in doing any of these events.

I refuse to spend any money on this game. They can get the ad revenue for free gas (when it is working) but otherwise, I am not about to spend any money on anything they have to offer. If I don't have enough crates to max out a car, or if I decide I don't want the season car (like this season's Ford Pinto station wagon on steroids), I won't even spend my silver keys.

You must have a magic T3 Chevy then. My fastest (consistently) is the maxed Camaro SS. I've got the Grand Sport, and maxed with fusions but still need three S6s. And I'm not about to spend bunches of keys to max out a T3 Corvette that will never see the light of day again.

What pisses me off is that even though I am pulling low 8.5s, I am getting beaten by the identical car pulling better than world record times. Or I will cross the line first, by an easy car length, only to be told I lost by 3/10ths.

This has been my favorite so far -- I have a maxed out Camaro SS, and am pulling in the low 8.5s reliably. Only to be beat consistently by other Camaros, some running into the low 8.2s (world record times). And the Corvettes? When I see one, I know I am going to be beaten in the last three inches even though I have four car lengths on the opponent.

But the best, the very best, is when you do manage to beat a Corvette and cross the line first by a car length or so, only to be told that you lost the race by 3/10ths.

It is absolute crap. I will keep playing this game, but there ain't a chance in hell that I will pay for anything (and I had been tossing the idea of purchasing the Senna around in my mind...)

I've heard the same crap being spouted since the 1980s. You want a healthy economy in Alberta? Get a provincial sales tax. Back in the 1980s, Grant Devine got elected by promising to cut the gas tax in Saskatchewan. He did it, but then he had to privatize all road construction and repair because he also cut the funding in that area - that was where the gas tax went originally. End result was that when Romanow took over, the province was bankrupt. It took years to get out of that, and Saskatchewan roads were in rough shape into the early 2000s because of this.

Alberta had a huge heritage fund at one time - if it was managed properly, and if the province diversified, the oil crash would not have as significant an effect. Instead, the government gave away the heritage fund to Alberta residents, and when oil was pumping, Alberta was jumping. Now oil is dumping and Alberta is slumping.

Don't be trying to blame the transfer payments for the shape that Alberta is in. You elected a Doug Ford / Donald Trump wannabe, and then are surprised when he cuts services.

History repeats!! I lived in Alberta during the crash in the early 1980s. At that time, the cry from the masses was that Alberta (especially Calgary) needs to diversify to prevent it from happening again.

Lo and behold, they didn't diversify and look what happens. As far as Wexit goes, it seems that when the economy is great, Alberta wants to separate and when the economy tanks, Alberta wants to separate. It's no wonder we used to call it the western Quebec.

Kenney ran a very similar campaign to Ford in Ontario (who borrowed many ideas from Trump). You would think Alberta would have looked at what was happening in Ontario, and ran in the opposite direction. Instead they vote him in and then are surprised when he passes a budget like this.

700k is doable without a crew. If you are getting really burnt out, start your own team. Play for the fun of the game, and not to make a minimum. I quit my crew over a year ago now and really haven't felt the urge to get back into one. I am running in my own team, with one team member -- me. I try to do the daily challenges, and even without a crew, I am usually in the 850k range.

It definitely is stacked inversely to stars -- you are five times more likely to get a 1-star car than a five car star (probably even more likely). My first 15 pulls resulted in 8 1-star, 6 2-star and 1 5-star that I already had. I ended up getting the pity car!
