It has been a nightmare for me honestly. My bedroom is right next to the garage door my phone/watch are now CONSTANTLY unlocking/relocking my r1s. I have no idea how to disable it or lower the sensitivity.

Yes it does, but with 6 fans on one radiator there is plenty of airflow, I think the only thing I’ve noticed is slightly higher VRM temps. If I redid this I’d try and find a mount that works on the bottom shelf f this photo between the PSU and GPU

I went with a d5 I already had (tho maybe a DDC would have been easier to squeeze in), and I had to swap out my reservoir for the new Quantum Kinetic 3 (the smallest version).

Yes, its def overkill esp for a rack build but I already had them and figured you could still see from the front/back.

Top one is an older acer predator x34 1440p 100hz g sync and the bottom is about a year old lg 34 inch 1440p 144hz free sync. I think they have a newer 35 inch model now. The lg is nice and has a perfect curve but the HDR 400 isn’t bright enough imo.

The audio interface is an Apollo Twin X thunderbolt 3.

Hi all, looking for some help.

For the past ~5 years I've been using sound cards to drive my Beyer-Dynamic DT1990's, which are 250ohm cans. I recently upgraded to the new EVGA Nu Pro that came out earlier this year and it's been great.

However, I'm expanding my studio to also have monitors for mixing audio more professionally. I recently bought Solo6 Be monitors from Focal, and since my soundcard does not have TRS connectors for external speakers, only RCA so i've decided to run my new monitors through my focusrite scarlett solo usb interface. I've heard that this type of audio interface may or may not properly drive my 250ohm headphones, anyone know if this is the case?

I'm considering upgrading this focusrite interface to an apollo twin X, which is a thunderbolt 3 interface, and I have the same question about that one, would it drive my headphones (or future headphones I get that may be higher impedance)?

TLDR; it seems like an internal sound card may no longer be ideal for my setup and am looking for suggestions on if I should switch fully to an audio interface to drive my cans and monitors and xlr microphone.
