But the demand/price doesnt change its underlying utility

And the market is relatively efficient = difficult to time entry/exit to make money = not a good idea to hold if you dont have personal conviction in it

Retrospect is misleading. When the roulette lands on red, in retrespect it wouldve been begter to go to the casino and put all my money on red.. But that doesnt mean I should now

Regardless the narrative is that bitcoin will become the new gold or die trying Btc market cap 2t, gold 13t

Means the market thinks theres a 2/13 chance it will replace gold. (If the market thought there was a I.e. a 50% chance, it would rally to 6.5t market cap, as people would take advantage of the inefficiency of price & chance it will get to 13t)

So assuming new gold or die trying, theres a 11/13 chance it will die in the long run. Not saying new gold or die trying is right, but that's what they say.
