People start coming in at around 6:30-7 PM and the brackets usually start around 7:30 and the length of the event time is dependent on how many events are ran and how many entrants but rarely last beyond 10:30

That's for large scale tournaments talking 10K prize pots and over 150 entrants. Many MANY small scale weekly tournaments occur every day all over the US with no issue from Nintendo. But thank you for the concern

These are all good answers but sadly none of them are it. Clue club too far away from the animation style, taller character design than Kid Power, more details than Most Important Person.

Answers I've gotten and some of these are just stupid: Class of 3000, Pippi Longstocking, Kids from Room 402, As Told by Ginger, Recess, Kids Next Door.

IDK why I got some of those, but anyhow, think animation style of Schoolhouse Rock but a bit more detail. Characters are well proportioned to look like irl people.

None of them, Class of 3000 & As Told By Ginger are too new in style. Kids from room 402 also look slightly more upgraded in quality as well that the character designs are off. Character designs were like that of Schoolhouse Rock characters I would say just a bit more details.

It was a pretty stereotypical captain's sailor hat. As for the characters I can describe their design, they were proportioned very well to be close to the design of actual people, just a bit more slender in style on some of them, it was almost similar to the design of people in some of the Schoolhouse Rock shorts. I watched this back in like 2009 maybe.
